Alex Negrete approaches hypnosis from a holistic and spiritual perspective that connects with your higher self or subconscious mind to help you break free from anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. We specialize in Past Life Regression and QHHT for healing root causes and helping you to discover your life purpose and soul mission. Hypnosis allows you to transform and eliminate mental and emotional blocks, triggers, fears, panic attacks, and phobias—including fear of flying, heights, driving, needles, and public speaking. In addition, it can support you in stopping or reducing smoking, vaping, and alcoholism, as well as changing the patterns that contribute to sleep issues such as insomnia and disrupt healthy eating and weight loss.
