Avenue Realty Inc., Brokerage was founded in 1987 by Emily B. Fusco, President & Broker of Record. Prior to founding Emily had a two year apprenticeship period with a leading Real Estate Brokerage where she received several prestigious awards including Top Ten Club (in Canada), The Chairman’s Club & President’s Gold Club. During this apprenticeship period, Emily proceeded to obtain her Broker’s License & immediately upon receipt, launched Avenue Realty Inc., Brokerage to better service her niche clientele.
