Founded by Doña Caridad in 1972, this culinary gem was her fourth establishment. Today, Caridad has become Hamilton Heights’ go-to spot, celebrated for its mouthwatering rotisserie chicken, comforting sancocho soup, and flavorful grilled churrasco.
