Elgin Realty (1991) Limited was opened as a small brokerage in 1991 with a desire to serve clients in a very personal and professional manner. Quality over quantity has always been the mantra of the company and treating clients as well as you would want to be served as their guide. Elgin Realty has now grown to a sales team of over 20 people with three administrative staff. The company provides a full range of service including, commercial, industrial, agricultural, commercial leasing and of course, residential sales. As we approach 30 years in business many things have changed within the industry, but one thing remains steadfast, putting our clients’ needs first.
