Our North Tampa clinic is located in Lutz, FL at the corner of Livingston Ave. and SR 54. We are in the Oak Ridge Park professional office suites, suite 102, which is the first suite on the right when you enter the complex. Stephanie Moore, APRN and Dr. Kevin Pacholec see patients Tues-Friday in this clinic. Taimi Gonzalez is the aesthetician for this clinic and sees clients Mon-Friday. All appointments are by appointment only.
