Highwind Brewing Co. is a craft brewery, restaurant, and scratch kitchen located in the heart of historic downtown Junction City, Kansas. We offer a unique dining experience with upscale fast-casual bites from two distinct kitchens—Mill Pizza, featuring artisan pizzas and salads, and 726 Bistro, known for burgers, bowls, and rotating specials. Our menu is available for lunch and dinner, and we host weekly events including trivia, music bingo, live music, brunch every Sunday, and Steak Night every other Tuesday. Highwind also offers a variety of craft beers brewed in-house, handcrafted cocktails, and to-go beer options in 16oz cans and crowlers.
