Horizon Recovery’s Peoria Supportive Housing Program, in partnership with Teen Pathways Alliance, provides transitional housing for teens stepping down from residential treatment. Our facility offers 24/7 staff support, life skills development, and accredited educational opportunities in a structured environment. We provide transportation to outpatient services while focusing on building independence and personal growth.
