As a Life Plan Community, Luther Manor offers a complete senior living continuum, including Independent Living, Supportive Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Respite Care, Memory Care, and Hospice Care, as well as an Adult Day Program.
