Nestled at the gateway to the Scottish Highlands, Saorsa 1875 is the UK’s first 100% plant-based hotel. Set in two acres of rolling woodland overlooking the picturesque town of Pitlochry, our 19th-century building has 11 individually designed en-suite rooms named after wildlife local to the area.
