After over a decade of global culinary experience, Angel chose East Nashville as her new home, bringing with her a passion for exotic flavors, heritage technique and a flair for new world cuisine. After helming kitchens in LA & continuing her education is Sweden, Angel found her voice in communal dining life & she’d like to share it with you!
