Cregger Construction made our vision a reality, transforming our old patio into an oversized covered porch. The project extended our living space significantly, adding a cozy indoor-outdoor area. They were accommodating throughout the permitting process, even though Montgomery County is insanely strict and not always timely. The Cregger team was very responsive to our design requests (and we are picky), and always did extremely high quality work— structurally this thing is rock solid, but also other details like electric, painting, and finishing/ touching up were amazing. They also were careful on the property and kept everything as clean as possible throughout. Highly recommend.
